what I'm grateful for...

Raise your hand if I should abandon ship on these numbers. Did your hand rise? No? Blugh.
shoes: steve madden. tights & bracelets: don't recall. skirt & belt: kohl's. shirt: old navy. watch: citizen brand.

This week I'm grateful for:

- realizations. Vague? Sure. But true nonetheless.
- MP3 players and arm-band attachments. And headphones that go over my head and into my ears because my ears are weirdly shaped and don't keep the "real" kind in while I jog.
- our dog Charlie. cutest, craziest boxer on the planet.
- sour gummy watermelon candies and a husband who will fetch them for me every month. Even without my asking. He just knows.
- walking into our bedroom and seeing Pocket and the 3 kiddos hanging out in our bed, talking and giggling. *warm fuzzies all around*
- warm fuzzies.
- electricity.
- toothpaste.
- polka dots.
- kids in general. They make me smile and sometimes laugh out loud. Even when it might be inappropriate to laugh out loud.
- sunshine and 60-degree weather. Today!! It's glorious beyond belief!
- reusable bags. and disposable bags. and bags in general. 'cept bags under my eyes...not so grateful for those. But grateful to have eyes to have bags under, so... circle of life cycle right there, my friends.
- the circle of life.

Happy Sunday.

I raised my hand. Not that they aren't entertaining, really, but I'm just a tad concerned for your safety. Just a tad (who says that? Just me? I do say some weird sayings so it's understandable... Annnnd I'm rambling). Cute outfit by the way!

My ears are weird shaped too! Can't wear earbuds. It's nice to know I'm not alone in the world ;)
PS Love the red ruffles!

Don't abandon the numbers! It's such a special, albeit crazy touch you're putting on the 30x30 challenge posts. Your little girl is just adorable. And this might be my favorite outfit of yours by far - that pencil skirt does wonderful things for you.

Thanks for the wonderful comment! Yes, the dress is kind of a grayish-blue (but my camera is like a mood ring--it will change the color of everything.) I have been watching your looks for this 30 for 30, and they are so cute and creative (and I love how you form the numbers with your body! Too funny!) Looking forward to seeing more! - Jen

I hate all those stupid ear buds - why in the world don't they come in smalls or something?

I am two days late so I will say Happy Tuesday. Lol! Totally agree about the damn ear buds. Whose ears are they made for, anyway?

Children are definitely the ultimate source of joy. all you can do is smile at the crazy things they say and do. They are just so untainted.

Thanks for sharing! and you already know how I feel about that blouse! Love.It.
